The Army Tennis Association (ATA) caters for players of all levels, hosting tournaments, training days and events throughout the year. As a player, you can enjoy coaching at the Army Tennis Centre in Aldershot and the opportunity to compete in tournaments, fixtures, leagues and tours held across the globe . MEET OUR COACHES
ATA LADIES' COACH
Coach James Pugh
James has been part of the ALTA Coaching set up since 2018.
James’ main focus is coaching and giving tactical guidance to both of our ladies teams to enhance their chances of victory at the 'A' and 'B' Inter-Services championships.
James' different style of coaching has been a delight for our ladies and if required he will also coach the Ladies' Masters team.

ATA MENS' COACH
Coach Jonny Kinsella
Jonny has been part of the ALTA Coaching set up since 2017.
Jonny’s main focus is training and mentoring our Mens 'A' players each year giving them the best preparation for competing at the Inter-Services in the summer.
Additionally when the time is required he will coach the other men's teams such as the Men's Masters and the Men's 'B'.
